Rewrites the opening of README.md and README.zh.md to lead with what Evolver does for a harness: it gets smarter the more you use it, instead of starting every session with goldfish memory. Four points follow, each tied to existing behaviour: recall before each prompt, grading on evidence (checks, retention, the next reply), evidence-weighted reports to the EvoMap network, and sharing across sessions and agents.

The line under the title now says the plugin is by EvoMap, since the directories already list other plugins with similar names (cofy-x/dsh-evolver, shinjiyu/deepseek-harness-evolver).

package.json's description gets the same pitch. npm shows it from the next release; this PR does not bump the version.

Everything from Install down is unchanged. It matches the listing copy submitted in awesome-dsh-plugin/awesome-dsh-plugin#7538 and imsai-sh/awesome-deepseek-harness-plugins#615.
