Reassign the canonical
packs-resolve.pycopy fromskills/ce-plan/scripts/packs-resolve.pytoskills/ce-brainstorm/scripts/packs-resolve.py.Resolver unit tests now drive the brainstorm copy; the five skill copies stay byte-identical via the existing parity test. The packs plan's U1 file list matches that designation.
