Which issue does this PR close?
Follow-up dependency for Rustice Oracle stage workflows; no external issue.
Rationale for this change
A Snowflake stage declaration with
ENDPOINTbeforeSTORAGE_INTEGRATIONmust parse before the owning executor can inspect it. Parser #45 accepts that order while retaining duplicate-option refusals. What changes are included in this PR?
Pin the workspace parser and both locked parser packages to qualified, merged ancestor
b1a65712. Package versions, dependency edges, features and DataFusion source are unchanged. Are these changes tested?
Rust 1.97: formatting; workspace/all-target/all-feature Clippy with
-D warnings; the complete unmodifieddev/rust_lint.sh; required extended tests (10,763 passed, ten ignored, 72 harnesses), including all 509 SQLLogicTest files. The first extended run hit the existing sort RSS ceiling (190.9 MB observed versus 190.7 MB). The exact focused test and the complete required command then passed without source, limit or test-selection changes. All three attempts are retained as observed RSS variability.
Remote Rust CI passes all 25 jobs, including benchmark-result verification. The separate security audit reports the same 15 vulnerabilities and 15 allowed warnings as #179/#178 (identical 31 RUSTSEC IDs); this pin changes no package versions and adds no advisory suppression.
Are there any user-facing changes?
The parser accepts the selected Snowflake stage-option order. This pin adds no DataFusion stage execution support or runtime API change.
