This frees up constraints about Thunderbird placement and GP structure and might be more fun. Added smooth screen scrolling into position for Thunderbird when entering from the right.

This allows Chaos and Loopy palaces to enter Thunderbird going left. This frees up constraints about Thunderbird placement and GP structure and might be more fun.
It could be added to more styles in the future. Perhaps to allow drops skipping Tbird in other styles when Tbird is not required, which would only be a palace logic change.
(The asm patch is always enabled as it replaces the ElevatorBossFix call for Tbird.)
