Internal rooms don't connect back, which doesn't currently matter but should be added for later Script management not implemented Possibly unrelated palace bug exists.
Included in this is a fix for an older bug that prevented a palace from having more than one of the same item.

Added a model for how towns are structured and loads town data from the ROM.
Revised a bunch of stuff related to collectable management so towns now work like palaces and towns/palaces/others share a common interface.
Altered some of the way shuffleItems works to be less janky (and also work with the new systems)
