- Updated the main page title to "Independent AI Research, Done in the Open".
- Updated titles everywhere to capitalize every first non-article letter
- Fixed all the latex in blogs
- Grouped the staff page based on updated org chart, added abbasi/quirke/taylor, updated titles to be in line with MTS/Head/Director.
- Updated the reading group cards to include more + link to playlist titles instead of the latest video
- Made the research page
- Removed the pythia page, and instead just linked to the paper
- Fixed spellings, updated publications everywhere to 190+, unified all the links to our discord and external pages like evaleval.
- Added in the open-weight safety and behavioral safety sections from our agenda
- Updated my picture, and added a default staff picture when we don't have a photo
- Replace hero opener; unify Discord and EvalEval links; 190+ publication count everywhere (generator now rounds to 10) - Fix blog math: Goldmark passthrough + MathJax on pages with math; migrate double-escaped TeX in eight legacy posts - Title Case section headings; capitalize mission bullets; OpenFold, Discord, SOAR naming fixes; About page gets a short title and a lede - Reading-group cards: session title, then group and date, then summary - Remove the Pythia project page; homepage links to the paper instead - Rebuild /research/ as an index of ten research areas (data-driven from data/research/areas.yaml) with per-area pages, key projects, current directions, and generated paper lists - Fix generator Area parsing (sheet uses commas, not semicolons), which left multi-area papers unmatched; add an Area filter and ?area= deep links to the Research Library - Group the staff page by team per the org chart, linking teams to research areas and back - Homepage: Recent Papers is papers-only (Latest already shows blog posts); drop undated manual_news duplicates; blog home nav highlight; news list sorts by date; drop never-loaded Open Sans from font stack
