refactor: rename compare.html -> whymira.html - #91

The page is now a "Why MiRA" positioning page rather than a tool comparison, so the filename should match — it is also the URL cited in the manuscript. - Rename the page and update all 15 references (index, data-format, the four tutorials, manual, llms.txt, sitemap.xml, and the FAQ-schema test), including canonical, og:url and the BreadcrumbList JSON-LD. - Leave a redirect stub at compare.html: that URL is already crawled and GitHub Pages cannot issue a 301, so the stub meta-refreshes to the new page, carries rel=canonical to consolidate search signals, and is marked noindex, follow.
