add Zen5 support to archdetect

Should not be merged yet! First the Zen5 stack for 2025.06 needs to be on par with the others.

This will work just fine with 2023.06, at least for the EESSI module. It constructs the list of options and then checks for the existence of a matching MODULEPATH, it won't find zen5 and will fall back to zen4
