Description

Synchronize managed OpenCode agent colors with the active mode while preserving unrelated configuration, custom colors and semantic JSON fallback behavior.

Type of Change

  • feat: new feature

Checklist

  • Focused38 agent-color cases pass, including malformed/duplicate/custom inputs, idempotence and public sync integration.
  • Full exact-candidate pytest, Ruff, mypy, links, health and preview pass through normal hooks.
  • Tests accompany the shared sync behavior; no attribution trailers.

Independent final source snapshot:1119 Python tests,86.47% coverage, links/health PASS. Full isolated Bats138/140 initially failed because HOME hid jsonschema; existing-venv PATH correction gave focusedroute12/12 PASS, no source fix. This exact head requires hosted CI. No live provider/config activation claimed. RDD disabled/unmanaged.

Chain Context

Stacked-to-main. Prior #40 merged. Start: Dark state validation. End: managed agent colors. Follow-up: Bat cache, README and recovery closure. Provider authentication out of scope.

main -> #33 -> #34 -> #36 -> #37 -> #38 -> #39 -> #40 -> [07 agents 📍] -> 08 Bat -> 09 README

Budget:326 changed lines. Rollback this slice only. Risk: item3 (shared sync/config updater); independent final-state verification completed.
