feat: add "Keep transcript on clipboard" setting - #5

Each transcript now stays on the clipboard after being pasted (default on), so it can be pasted again; turning the setting off restores the previous clipboard after pasting, as before. Transcripts that can't be pasted always remain on the clipboard. Bump to 1.0.7.

Adds a Settings → Dictation toggle (default on): the transcript is pasted and stays on the clipboard so it can be pasted again. Off = restore the previous clipboard after pasting (earlier behavior). Non-pastable transcripts always stay on the clipboard. Bump to 1.0.7.
