Book mode, unicode selector modal, UI improvements, bug fixes

Main Additions and Changes

• 📚 Book Mode: you can now fully edit books with an intuitive book page editor by enabling "Book Mode" on the navbar. You can edit and rearrange pages, import books, and edit (or hide) book details!
• 🌌 Unicode Character Selector Improvements: the unicode selector modal now shows the characters which have a custom sprite in the Minecraft font, and the selector modal is generally much better.
• ➕ Better importing: now, when you import components into the editor, you have the option to append the imported text to the current text, rather than just replacing it.

Other Changes

• The Custom Source modal is now nicer to look at and easier to understand, with a revamped UI and tooltips for every field.
• Added slight 1px borders to UI elements to separate page sections, and honestly it looks a bit nicer too.
• The "Upload Image" box in the image insertion modal now better matches the UI of the rest of the site, and feels more modern.

Bug fixes

• Closing some modals with ESC no longer sometimes causes the last clicked button to be outlined.
• Importing text which contains typed numbers (e.g. 4b, 7s, etc.) no longer confuses the import system
