• 未发布 NSIS 安装版生命周期和已验证格式摘要
• PDF、二进制格式、WebView 点击级导入、版本身份、CI/PR 的阻塞项
• B/C/R TaskPack 的严格执行顺序和验收边界
• 当前正式发布 NO-GO 判定
