CLI-RENDER-015 was the retired navigation-property refusal; reusing it would make old references point at a different failure.
…#354) A directory or unreadable file at a planned path surfaced as an unhandled exception from Stage's publication check; it is now a refusal. The event identity message no longer has a double space without diagnostics.
…line (#351) The baseline specs now use a link-free temp root instead of the repository's .ai-work folder.

The CLI switches to JSON on stderr when it detects an AI agent and to plain output on stdout otherwise, so the open-questions specs passed locally and failed in CI. The fixture now removes the agent variables and the specs read the stream plain output uses.

cratis render, at application scope and for selected scopes, including--check, now runs Stage's publication check against the destination before writing. A render that would change an existing Chronicle event type id, or cannot read one safely, is refused withCLI-RENDER-016and Stage'sSTAGE-EVENT-002diagnostic; nothing is written and--forcedoes not bypass it. Pin the event'sidto keep its stored name. (Refuse publication on every non-Compatible Stage publication check, at every render scope #354)
