cratis ai: link Copilot path instructions to the generated harnesses/copilot/instructions adapters #341

cratis ai install links a consumer's .github/instructions to ../.cratis/ai/rules (Source/Cli/Commands/Ai/AiCorpusSynchronizer.cs:467 at v3.53.1). GitHub Copilot only discovers path-specific instructions from .github/instructions/**/*.instructions.md files with applyTo frontmatter, so the corpus rules (plain .md) never load automatically in Copilot.

The Cratis AI corpus is adding generated Copilot adapters at .cratis/ai/harnesses/copilot/instructions/<rule>.instructions.md (Cratis/AI#631), the same way it ships harnesses/cursor/rules and harnesses/opencode/agents.

Do: link .github/instructions to ../.cratis/ai/harnesses/copilot/instructions when the installed corpus carries that directory, falling back to ../.cratis/ai/rules for an older corpus (mirroring the OpenCode agents fallback), and cover both in specs. Existing installs should be relinked on cratis ai update.
