Compile empty render scopes without unrelated slice admission failures #334
CLI 3.51.0 completes render --scope for nonempty selected slice sets, but a scope with no remaining slices falls back to whole-model plan compilation. Consequently unrelated slice PLAN-* errors can block rendering an empty scope and deleting its previously owned artifacts.
Screenplay#661 shipped in Screenplay 4.136.0 (Cratis/Screenplay#664): empty selectedSlices can compile with application-level admission and unrelated slice issues reported as unselected.
Expected behaviour: pin a compatible Screenplay release, use the empty-selection compilation for empty scopes instead of whole-model fallback, preserve ownership/publication safety, and test empty parent scope removal with unrelated slice errors as well as blocking application-level errors. Retain typed ESM admission/refusal; this is not permission to admit a schema Stage doesn't support.
Batch with cli#332/#333 where their released dependencies allow, to avoid separate pin-bump releases.
