Admit Screenplay ESM v11 in cratis render once Stage supports it #332

cratis render refuses ESM v11 models (CLI-RENDER-004). Screenplay v4.135.0 released ESM v11, which adds exact number literals (Cratis/Screenplay#639). Stage can't render v11 yet; Cratis/Stage#331 adds support.

Expected behavior: once a Stage release containing Cratis/Stage#331 is out, the CLI pins that Stage version and Screenplay >= 4.135.0, and admits v11 at the render gate. Stage's own typed refusals still apply.
