Learning path: first events, first projection, commands and queries - #629

Introduce LearningPath/ with a README index and three self-contained, runnable steps around one shopping cart: 01 First events: append events to the Chronicle event log and read the cart's history back from a console app. 02 First projection: a model-bound CartSummary projection read through IReadModels after waiting for the append to be processed. 03 Commands and queries: model-bound Arc commands that return events and a read-model query, hosted with AddCratis/UseCratis. Add the steps to Samples.slnx, the sample catalog and the root README. (#625)
