Code Health reports no applicable source changes. Docker image build passed in CI; local integration runs were excluded under the coordinated restriction. Production restore confirms the shipped app consumes Fundamentals7.26.1 (previously7.25.1), hence patch intent. L0 explicitly authorized the existing conditional production deployment as a narrow exception to the lane read-only restriction. Checked-in host prompter.cratis.studio and namespace prompter-production are unchanged; live cluster identity remains unverified because its checked-in ID is a placeholder.
