Added a definition-first opening for Cratis Prompter, retaining the existing tagline and maturity wording, and changed public documentation links to the canonical www host without changing their paths. https://www.cratis.io returned HTTP 200 using curl; the definition is grounded in the existing README opening and body. The configuration table still records the actual https://cratis.io default from Source/PrompterOptions.cs and Source/appsettings.json; it is not a documentation hyperlink and was preserved to avoid misdocumenting configuration. Build attempt cd .worktrees/r19-Prompter && ~/.pi/agent/bin/pi-phase run --kind build --label 'Prompter README Tier1 Release build' --timeout 120 --queue-timeout 120 --log .ai-work/seo/build.log --tail 8 -- dotnet build --configuration Release exited 75 after its 120-second queue timeout; it never started.
