Improve Code Health of the Chronicle.TypeScript hotspot source files #244

CodeScene (project 85913) lists these source files as technical-debt hotspots with low Code Health:

• Source/eventSequences/EventSequence.ts
• Source/ChronicleClient.ts
• Source/reducers/Reducers.ts

Scope: behaviour-preserving refactoring of these files only, following CodeScene's findings (complex methods, bumpy roads, large methods, duplication, many arguments), with no Code Health decline in any changed file. Tests, specs, samples and docs are out of scope.
