• 🎨 Palette: 동적 폼 입력 필드 접근성 개선 #522 only adds the Cardinality distinct-count input aria-label plus a local test/package-script churn.
• 🎨 Palette: [UX improvement] 개선된 모달 폼 접근성 #514 already covers the same Cardinality distinct-count accessibility issue with a column-specific aria-label, and also covers the related recommendation-button and Group select modal labels.
• 🎨 Palette: [UX improvement] 개선된 모달 폼 접근성 #514 has current-head passing CI/security checks, OpenCode approval, and auto-merge enabled through the normal branch-protection path.
• 🎨 Palette: 동적 폼 입력 필드 접근성 개선 #522 has no open code-scanning alerts on refs/pull/522/merge; its OpenCode/coverage failures are stale cancellation artifacts from the superseded head, not a new vuln/test failure to preserve.

Closing this duplicate to keep the queue focused on the current-head PR that carries the broader fix.
