EventList 컴포넌트 내부의 RowView(이벤트 목록 행 버튼)에 키보드 포커스 링 스타일과 명시적인 ARIA 접근성 속성을 추가했습니다.

🎯 Why

이벤트 목록 행은 <button> 요소로 구현되어 있으나, Tailwind의 reset으로 인해 기본 브라우저 포커스 링이 제거된 상태였습니다. 이로 인해 탭(Tab) 키로 내비게이션하는 키보드 사용자에게 현재 포커스 위치를 보여주지 못했습니다. 또한 그룹화된 이벤트를 펼치거나 접는 행의 경우, 스크린 리더가 상태를 명확히 알 수 있도록 aria-expanded가 필요했습니다.

• 그룹 행에서 접기/펼치기 상태를 스크린 리더에 알리는 aria-expanded 속성 동적 바인딩 추가
• <Icon /> 및 <ChevronRight /> 등 시각적 장식용 아이콘에 aria-hidden="true"를 부여하여 불필요한 스크린 리더 노이즈 제거
