💡 What (무엇을 변경했나요?)

• packages/web/src/components/dashboard/session-files.tsx 파일의 커스텀 버튼들에 키보드 포커스 상태(focus-visible)를 추가했습니다.
• 스크린 리더에서 장식용 아이콘들을 불필요하게 읽지 않도록 aria-hidden="true" 속성을 추가했습니다.

🎯 Why (왜 변경했나요?)

• 기존의 파일 목록 및 서머리 버튼들은 키보드 네비게이션 시 포커스 상태가 명확하게 보이지 않아 접근성이 떨어졌습니다. focus-visible 클래스를 활용해 마우스 사용자에게는 영향을 주지 않으면서 키보드 사용자에게 명확한 피드백을 제공합니다.
• <Pencil />, <Eye />, <FileText /> 와 같은 아이콘들은 텍스트 라벨과 함께 사용되므로, 스크린 리더가 이들을 중복으로 읽지 않도록 하여 노이즈를 줄였습니다.

📸 Before/After

• 키보드의 Tab 키로 이동 시, "modified" 및 "read" 요약 버튼과 파일 목록의 각 아이템에 명확한 아웃라인 링(ring-2)이 표시됩니다.

♿ Accessibility

• focus-visible:outline-none focus-visible:ring-2 focus-visible:ring-ring (또는 ring-success) 적용으로 키보드 포커스 가시성 확보.
• 장식용 아이콘에 aria-hidden="true" 추가하여 불필요한 스크린 리더 노이즈 제거.
