💡 What: 대시보드(scanner/dashboard/index.html)의 테이블 행(Findings 목록)에 키보드 접근성 및 스크린 리더 지원을 추가했습니다.
🎯 Why: 기존 테이블 행은 클릭 이벤트를 통해 상세 정보를 볼 수 있었지만, tabindex와 키보드 이벤트 처리가 누락되어 있어 키보드 전용 사용자나 스크린 리더 사용자가 접근할 수 없는 문제가 있었습니다.
📸 Before/After: 시각적으로는 :focus-visible 상태일 때 호버와 동일한 배경색 및 전역 포커스 링이 표시됩니다.
♿ Accessibility:

• 검색창 및 선택 목록에 aria-label 추가
• 테이블 행에 tabindex="0" 부여
• 테이블 행에 keydown 이벤트 추가 (Enter/Space 지원)
• :focus-visible 상태 스타일 추가로 포커스 이동 가시성 향상
