Renovate major bumps for pinned GitHub Actions across this repo’s workflows and composite actions.

actions/checkout moves from v6 to v7 (commit 9c091bb…) everywhere it was pinned: .github/workflows (renovatebot, docker sanitize tests) and the shared “checkout tools repo” step in docs, security, container, renovate, Slack, Trivy, and related action.yml files. Inputs (repository, path, etc.) are unchanged.

actions/cache/save in trivy-update-cache/action.yml is bumped from v5 to v6 (55cc834…); cache path and key behavior are the same.
