Wire the app-local SkillTree view to the or-collection-* events for the skill and character collections: subscribe on mount, bridge the plugin-refetched store cache into the view's local copies via a watcher, release on destroy with an epoch guard for in-flight subscribes (openregister reference pattern). Events are refetch hints only. Manifest-driven index/detail pages are rendered by the shared library (CnIndexPage has no subscription support; CnPageRenderer passes no objectStore to CnDetailPage) — adopting live updates there belongs in nextcloud-vue, documented in the openspec change proposal. EventRoster uses a bespoke roster endpoint (not store-backed) and is skipped.
