Uses https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/picture to fallback to regular jpegs if the browser doesn't support JPEG-XL

I also made jpeg-xl versions of all the other images for future use (there isn't really a way to fallback to regular jpegs in background-image or on icons)

This is pretty cool, but JPEG-XL is so unsupported by every browser right now that I don't think it's worth it to even add them with fallbacks. This may be quite nice in the future though

Yeah it doesn't even work with the experimental support in firefox right now (I guess that's why the support is experimental)

Safari is adding jpeg-xl support, maybe this will get Chrome/Firefox to also consider support (google removed jpeg-xl from chrome a while back)
