Replaces the placeholder icon with the chosen design (shield + gauge, dark slate with mint). Adds the SVG master, the 1024 PNG master used by Scripts/build_icns.sh, and a 256 px README image. Verified: build_app.sh produces AppIcon.icns with all 10 iconset sizes.
