feat(l10n): localize memory, history, watchdog and security screens

Summary

Localizes every user-visible hardcoded Turkish string in MemoryView, HistoryView, AutonomousGuardView, PrivacyAuditView (including the hardcoded subtitle), AutonomousAlert and SystemStats into the dashboard table.

• 70 new keys appended to en/tr.lproj/dashboard.strings (existing lines untouched). Memory (RAM) reuses an existing key.
• 2 new plural entries in dashboard.stringsdict (en + tr): %lld events and %lld data points (SQLite WAL).
• Format specifiers are the same in both languages. The Turkish values keep the current app text.

Raw-value handling

• AutonomousAlert.AlertType: raw values unchanged. The model is Codable, but alerts are only held in memory (AppState.autonomousAlerts; only AutonomousConfig is written to UserDefaults). The raw values are never shown in the UI (only iconName/colorName are used), so no display property was added.
• MemoryStats.MemoryPressureLevel: not persisted. The raw value is also printed in CLI output (CLICommandRunner), so the raw values are kept. Added localizedTitle, and MemoryView now uses it.
• CPUStats.ThermalState: not persisted. The raw value is used in CLI output, in the AutonomousGuardService message and in a test, so the raw values are kept. Added localizedTitle and moved the display call sites to it: MacOptimizerApp.swift (1 line) and DashboardView.swift (2 lines).
• BatteryStats.powerSource: the default "AC Gücü" becomes L10n.string("AC Power"). It is not persisted and SystemMonitorService overwrites it at runtime. condition == "Normal" is logic and stays unchanged.

Test plan

• swift build: passes
• swift test (full suite): 83 XCTest tests, 0 failures (includes localization completeness)
• Turkish-literal grep on the scope files: only the stable enum raw values above remain
• CI green
