Summary

• Make the sample walkthrough local-first. Explain the expected refund regression FAIL (exit 1), the existing enforce_refund_policy=True switch in .mutiny/adapter.py, and subsequent PASS (exit 0). Hosted is optional redacted lineage sync, not customer adapter execution.
• Correct FAQ and publishing status: all three packages have PyPI 0.2.0 published on 2026-09-10. Document post-tag source differences, including numeric-string coercion (policy: coerce numeric-looking string args for gt/gte/lt/lte constraints #42 / bd6a37b), currency matching, string operators, --version, replay fixes, adapter imports, timeouts, and Hosted fixes under Unreleased.
• Describe implemented CLI ownership, retain current db/--version usage, and explain source-vs-wheel CLI differences. Mark completed catalog items as shipped on main.
• Make docs/DESIGN.md a pointer to root DESIGN.md and annotate ADR-015 as superseded for current visual direction, preserving its historical decision.
• Reconcile readiness gates with dated evidence. Leave fresh clean-PyPI installation verification unchecked rather than claiming a new install run.
