Retargets all four projects in dotnet-client-libraries/Rebus from net7.0 to net10.0 and moves the Rebus stack to current stable: - Rebus 6.6.5 -> 8.9.3 - Rebus.RabbitMq 7.4.4 -> 10.1.1 - Rebus.ServiceProvider 8.4.0 -> 10.7.2 - Rebus.FleetManager 6.2.0 -> 8.2.2 - Swashbuckle.AspNetCore 6.4.0 -> 10.2.3 - Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi 7.0.0 -> 10.0.11 Rebus 8.9.3 ships a net10.0 lib, so no source changes are required. Build succeeds with 0 errors and the test project passes 2/2.
