Not all benefits will have an 'asOfDate' for age requirements. The age eligibility check is not requiring the asOfDate, but if it's left blank it causes an estimation error.

Ideas include:

  • Add note that if asOfDate is blank, it defaults to today
  • Add option to choose either 'today' or to enter an asOfDate
