Incorrect tab Llst displayed on server change using under 1.20 client

Steps to reproduce:
All client versions correct tab list is shown when join bungee network
But change server to a server will make tab list shown has players in wrong order, gaps, formatting is incorrect places, only on client version under 1.20, 1.20 and above version is normal

My server setup:
Waterfall 1.20.4 #562
paper 1.16.5
Viaversion 4.9.2
Bungeetablistplus 3.6.4

Where is viaversion installed on?
If you put it on the proxy, remove it from there and instead install it on all backend servers.

I also have this problem, we also only install viaversion on the backend servers. It happens mostly when player switches between servers with different versions, for example 1.20.4 server without viaversion to 1.17.1 server with viaversion. And only in clients under 1.20.
