The root checkout and P63 routing still pointed to earlier checkpoints after the final live acceptance merged. Reconcile catalog custody with PR218, put current acceptance at the top of Plan0119, and remove 29 AGENTS.md links to policy files that do not exist. Existing policy bodies and historical failure evidence are preserved.
Verified and normally closed nine clean auxiliary worktrees after exact remote/merged-PR custody checks; their branches remain retained. The root was fast-forwarded to main with the original untracked note preserved byte-for-byte.
Validation: catalog-only active-lane audit, 21/21 unique policy pointers resolve, git diff --check; required hosted gates. Docs and routing only, with no runtime or release effect.
Refs #181.
