Prepares Python CLI v0.7.0 with usable native A2A setup, actor reply workflow and an explicitly bounded user-systemd worker example. The README and installed skill now describe stock-Codex Byobu/tmux delivery, reconnect binding, managed-reader requirements and uncertainty handling. Shared reader metadata reports the package version.
Validation: 908 source tests pass; 10 focused shared-reader tests pass; wheel/sdist build; installed wheel session-discovery and isolated product smoke pass; systemd unit verification, compileall and diff check pass. verification0119 records exact evidence and its limits.
The release integrates existing mailbox schema2 features and actual live cancellation/reconnect/restart proof. Public-tag installation, second-root/denial, installed rollback and the real 30-minute soak still require acceptance. No installed services, shared Codex daemon or OpenClaw gateway/plugin are changed by this PR. OpenClaw plugin remains separately versioned 0.6.0.
