Records actual live cancellation with zero notification attempts, a clean reconnect round trip with automatic sender read, and owned-worker restart/reconnect recovery in 109.313 seconds. The restart proof preserves the same durable request and reply arm across two distinct worker processes and original-client reconnects, with exactly one submitted attempt per message.
Preserves failed setup and prior clock/FIFO evidence. Public release/install, multiroot/denial, installed rollback and the 30-minute soak remain open; issue181 remains open.
Validation: native installed CLI on exact merged eb79e92 with stock Codex 0.160.0; actual actor turn/receipt readbacks, read-only journal verification, monotonic actor clocks, process-generation and terminal custody; git diff --check. No runtime source changes or shared-daemon restart.
