Records the stock Codex automatic request/reply acceptance and live session-safety failures under Plan0119. M1 passed; M2 remains partial because sending to a disconnected enrolled thread fails before admission. Original sessions were restored and all owned workers stopped.
Refs #181. Documentation only; git diff --check passed. Live artifacts and exact identities are recorded in verification0115. M3/M4 remain open.
