Bump version 6.3.3 -> 6.4.0 across the main package and all 5 platform packages (and the optionalDependencies pins). Stamp CHANGELOG [Unreleased] -> [6.4.0]. Highlights since 6.3.3: - feat: workspace-scoped OAuth credentials (keychain-backed, multi-workspace) - feat: db create/update column schema editing - ci: PR cross-compile no longer requires OAuth secrets (no secret-bearing CI artifacts); Dependabot auto-merge + grouping
