Overview
Adds a Spring integration doc page that explains how to read ClickHouse data through Spring's JdbcTemplate, compares callback/mapper vs convenience/queryForRowSet APIs, and calls out queryForRowSet() / SqlRowSet limitations (no typed getObject(column, Class)) plus the jdbc_type_mappings workaround for DateTime/DateTime64 as ZonedDateTime. The Java docs nav is updated to link the new page.
Also adds selectDataViaRowSet in the demo Spring service integration tests, which ingests sample rows and reads them back via JdbcTemplate.query with a live ResultSet callback using getObject("event_time", ZonedDateTime.class). .m2 is added to .gitignore.
