Add PE2 beam-search optimizer, PE2+SGR (Schema-Guided Reasoning) variant, APE, and OPRO methods. Includes IFEval metric, structured Pydantic diagnosis schemas, adaptive mode switching, benchmark infrastructure with local model ladder, and multi-seed evaluation runners.
