Aligns core UI components and the dark mode theme with the MyCSC design specification. This includes: - Retuning the dark mode palette to the MyCSC v2 spec, improving visual consistency and WCAG AA contrast. - Recolouring c-accordion-item according to the MyCSC spec. - Updating c-card and c-card-title to match MyCSC card anatomy (shadows, borders, padding, and title typography). - Adjusting documentation example demo panes to reflect dark mode surfaces.
