Refs #2430 (step 3 of the storage cleanup work, after #2432, #2434 and #2438).

Why the change

Long chats and Bot inboxes keep growing. Steps 1 and 2 cleared media only. Vain asked for time-based cleanup of the text too, so Storage now offers Clear → Whole messages: pick an age and chats, review the count, then delete.

Special things to note

• One-way door. Deleted messages cannot be restored. The preview needs an acknowledge checkbox, the confirm uses a signed token that expires in 10 minutes, and the token is refused if anything in scope changed after the preview.
• It goes through Content Purge, so each message stays in place as a "Content purged" tombstone, its files are deleted, outbox entries are cancelled, and Bot Memory is not changed (the preview shows how many Memory mentions exist).
• Kept on purpose: messages a Bot is still working on, messages still being sent, and messages also placed in chats the user did not choose.
• Up to 2,000 messages per run. The preview says when more remain.
• After deleting, the Host runs VACUUM and wal_checkpoint(TRUNCATE) so the space really comes back. On a large database this can take a moment.
• Fix found during e2e: purge used to flip a handled admission to needs-repair, which drew a red delivery dot on every cleaned message. Handled admissions now stay handled. This also applies to the existing deleted-group purge.
• Native iOS and Android were not run (no simulator here). The mobile screen is covered by tests and by the shared port; it hides purged messages instead of drawing a tombstone.

Change outline

• Core: textPreview / textConfirm in packages/core/src/purge/owner.ts, sharing the describe, fingerprint and token helpers with the group purge.
• Bridge: storageMessagesCleanupPreview and storageMessagesCleanupConfirm.
• CLI: deepseekbot storage-messages-cleanup-preview and storage-messages-cleanup-confirm (CLI parity, docs in docs/bot-cli*.md).
• Web: a target Select (Chat media or Whole messages) and a messages preview in storage-settings.tsx.
• Mobile: the same target on the Storage screen.
• Tests, change fragment, feature map and inventories.

End-to-end test

Real Host with live DeepSeek replies. CLI: preview listed 1 message, 2 files, 1 Memory mention; confirm freed space, the reused token was refused, the newer message and both Bot replies were intact, and only the newer file remained on disk. Web: whole flow below.
