Checks on this tree: release build prints probbit 0.12.0; P0 653 outputs, 0 differ, 8/8 strands verify; cargo publish --dry-run --workspace --locked packages and verifies the four crates; npm pack --dry-run probbit-0.12.0.tgz (5 files); law/privacy/key sweep on the diff 0/0/0. No merge before CI is green on three OS.
