Replace Silence Labs single-HMAC formula (deriveUnhardenedMps) with Eddsa.deriveUnhardened for MPCv2 account ID derivation in recover() and recoverCloseATA(). Replace Silence Labs single-HMAC formula (deriveUnhardenedMps) with Eddsa.deriveUnhardened for MPCv2 account ID derivation in recover() and recoverCloseATA(). Both methods now use the same derivation path regardless of MPCv1/MPCv2.
