Integrate CCSM PR #26 from GaoHu1997 on top of the current metadata and reasoning mainline. Rebuild affected MultiRouter plans after a Codex provider is deleted, preserve surviving catalog order through a shared ordering service, append genuinely new models, and keep default-order catalogs free of inherited sortIndex values. Tests: reproduced the ordering regression RED; focused Vitest 18/18 GREEN; typecheck passed; changed-file Prettier passed; isolated App integration 11/11 passed. Full Vitest was 1140/1142 before the two App timing failures passed in isolation. Full format check remains blocked by two unrelated pre-existing Sub-Agent editor files. 本次提交由BigStrongsSun完成

Audit open CCSwitchMulti branches and PRs without merging stale branches. Preserve inline provider reasoning capabilities through the unified resolver, keep disabled catalog rows out of runtime projections, add provider-aware model usage and cache-hit presentation, and always join providers when model stats project provider names. Record PR and branch disposition, including the remaining SSOT projection sort-order verification for PR #26. 本次提交由BigStrongsSun完成
