保留列取消勾选改为 enabled:false；保存保留停用行；默认模型/目录/Desktop 投影、模型排序、子 Agent 候选、向导模型源、MultiRouter 同步均排除停用模型；新增相关回归测试。
cargo fmt 修正 codex_desktop.rs，修复 CI Backend Checks 的格式检查。
Prettier 修正 tests/utils/codexSpawnAgentCandidates.test.ts，修复 CI Frontend Checks 的格式检查。
