File Layout
📁 Release defaults:
The
masterresources are development defaults and can contain unreleased keys or behavior.

| Rewards/ | Contains all reward configuration files (see below). |
| TopVoter/ | Stores previous TopVoter results when totals reset. Must be enabled. Monthly TopVoter tracking is enabled by default. |
| BungeeSettings.yml | Important for proxy-related configuration and communication. |
| Config.yml | Main settings: player storage method, formats, reminders, and general behavior. |
| GUI.yml | Configures GUIs (chest/book). Also allows disabling GUIs entirely. |
| Shop.yml | Config for the VoteShop (available since v6.17+). |
| ServerData.yml | Internal plugin data for vote party and top voter tracking — do not edit manually. |
| SpecialRewards.yml | Defines rewards such as vote milestones, vote streaks, vote parties, NameMC, and TopVoter awards. |
| Users.db | Player data when using SQLite. |
| VoteSites.yml | Defines vote sites — includes service name, delay, and rewards. Also contains EverySiteReward if configured. |

💡 Reward keys can usually be used inline under a VotingPlugin
Rewardssection or at the top level of a standalone reward file. Do not add an extra top-levelRewards:wrapper inside a standalone file; see Reward File.

| bungeeconfig.yml | Main proxy-side configuration file. Controls how votes are received and forwarded to backend servers. |
| nonvotedplayerscache.json | Lists recently seen players used when AllowUnJoined: false and JSON storage is selected. |
| secretkey.key | Encryption key for SOCKETS and optional plugin-message encryption. It must match participating instances for the selected encrypted mode and must remain private. |
| votecache.json | JSON-backed proxy vote cache when the SQL vote-cache option is not selected. |
🧠 Tip:
Proxy and backend servers share one SQL database for the supported proxy layout. Keep storage settings, communication method, prefixes, and server names consistent across participating instances.
