2. **What is the new URL scheme?** Candidates include `/blog/<slug>/`, `/articles/<slug>/` and keeping a date segment. Undecided, and it blocks Phase 0 item 7.
3. **What happens to `/blog/page:num/`?** The IA change may remove pagination entirely in favour of a single browsable index.
4. **Does the talks feed exist?** Section 6.5 assumes one. Should we do so?
5. **Who champions this? How do we manage this roadmap?** Phase 0 is ten PRs and needs an owner.
