💬 Notes for Reviewers (optional)

Some of the information is outdated (grad student rent survey from 2019, notes on where students lived as of 2020), and could be updated with results from a new survey if we ever do that. I added some notes where I could, but I don't have a ton of information on where everyone is living right now. However, I don't think any further additions are necessary as of right now, only if anyone has any thoughts to add!
