Changes

  • Accept enabled Google pagination skips in aggregate results while preserving individual SKIPPED results.
  • Clarify Google WIF reporting: diagnostics remain SKIPPED; authentication passes by the existing exception.
  • Pass Google user-update validation when required-attribute filtering removes all available updates, including empty nested containers, after successful create/provisioning checks.
  • Preserve genuine failures and explain exceptions in results.
  • Update documentation and regression coverage.
  • Bump VERSION from 15.0 to 16.0.

Validation

  • All 12 local regression checks passed.
  • Live Google execution and developer portal acceptance remain unverified.

Scope

  • Previously merged Google changes are not reintroduced.
  • Update polling and PowerShell reporting issues remain unchanged.

Increase Delay_SCIM_Update_User_After_Patch from 30 to 90 seconds to accommodate asynchronous propagation under concurrent full-suite load. Other waits and verification behavior remain unchanged.
